Delivery
Videos can be watched as soon as the payment is complete.
Returns and cancellation
Digital content cannot be returned once bought. If a video cannot be played because of a fault on our side, we fix it or refund you. A membership can be cancelled at any time from the account page; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made.
