Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using the service.
These terms apply to JIU-JITSU UNIVERSITY (hashimotobjjuni.com), run by Tomoyuki Hashimoto ("we"). By creating an account, buying a course or joining the membership, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Online video lessons on Brazilian jiu-jitsu. A course bought on its own can be watched online from your account. The membership gives access to the member content while it is active.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each course and membership page, tax included. Payment is by credit or debit card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
3. Membership
The membership renews automatically every month and is charged on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made.
4. Refunds
Videos can be watched as soon as payment is made, so purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If a video cannot be played because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
5. Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your login to yourself. Do not share, download, record, copy or redistribute the videos.
6. Training safety
Jiu-jitsu carries a risk of injury. Practise the techniques with a suitable partner, under a qualified coach, at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update the lessons, these terms and the prices. A price change does not affect what you have already paid for. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kobe District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
